Can you have multiple product feeds connected to a single account?

You can! But it's worth considering which setup is the best for your use-case.

Updated today

It is indeed possible to connect multiple product feeds to a single iPaper account.

However, only one product feed is included in our standard pricing. Since multiple feeds require additional processing and maintenance on iPaper’s side, there’ll be extra costs involved for multi-feed support in a single account.

If you’re considering multiple feeds for a single account, we recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss your specific setup and pricing.

📖 This guide explains:

Why would you use multiple product feeds?

There are a few typical scenarios where multiple feeds in one account make sense:

One country with multiple languages

If you operate in a single country with multiple language versions of your catalog, separate product feeds can help ensure:

  • Correct product data per language

  • Accurate pricing and descriptions

  • Localized product information

This allows you to maintain one account while tailoring the product data to each language version.

Multiple countries with the exact same setup

If you operate across several countries using:

  • The same brand identity

  • The same templates

  • The same briefing data setup

Then multiple feeds can support country-specific product data (e.g., pricing or assortment differences), while keeping everything in one account.

How to work with multiple feeds in different languages

If have multiple product feeds in different languages in one account, do you have to create each leaflet for each language from scratch and then make all manual changes again?

No 😉

Instead, you simply create the first leaflet, make any manual changes and then…

1. Click the ‘...” icon next to the leaflet.

2. Click "Duplicate".

3. Select the other product feed.

4. Click “Duplicate”.

Then, you have your finished leaflet with the other language applied.

Note: This workflow applies if 1) the feeds have the same product IDs, and 2) the new leaflet should contain the same products as the original leaflet (besides any you may add manually).

When should you have a new, separate account instead?

If you the leaflets created from the other product feed should in any way be different from the ones on your current account.

For example, if you need…

  • A different brand identity (colors, typography)

  • New templates (Offer templates, splashes, CTAs, etc.)

  • Mapping to another structure of briefing data

… to go along with the new feed, then you need a new, separate account.

This ensures flexibility and avoids unnecessary complexity in managing different brand experiences within the same account.
