Why use folders?
With folders, you can group related leaflets together, and keep your overview easier to navigate:
It just looks and feels better with folders, doesn't it?
You could, for example, organize by:
Year: The year of publication, for example 2025, 2026, etc.
Frequency: Keep weekly and monthly leaflets in separate folders.
Theme: Group seasonal, promotional or other themed catalogs together.
Purpose: Create a folder structure that matches the way your team works.
Etc.
How to create a folder
Creating a folder only takes a few clicks:
1. From the leaflet overview, click “Folder”.
2. Give your folder a name.
3. Click “Create”.
And now you have a new folder!
But your new folder is empty. So, how do you add leaflets to it?
How to move a leaflet to a folder
It’s easy to move existing leaflets to your folder:
1. Click the three dots, "...", next to the leaflet.
2. Click “Move to folder”.
3. Select the correct folder.
4. Click “Move”.
And then the leaflet is in your folder!
How to add a new leaflet to a folder
You can choose a folder when creating a new leaflet:
1. Click “+ Leaflet”.
2. Click the “Folder” selector.
3. Select the folder you want to place the leaflet in.
4. Continue creating your leaflet as usual.
When created, your new leaflet will be inside the selected folder.
💡 Tip: Consider how you want to organize your leaflets before creating them. Setting up your folders first makes it easy to put each new leaflet in the right place from the start.
