In Horizon, offers are made up of several elements. You can control some attributes of these elements, but for others you’ll have to reach out to iPaper support.

These define how the offer is presented. This can include main prices, discounted prices or extra text above or below the price.
Splashes
Splashes
Splashes are visual highlights used to draw attention. For example, “New”, “Sale” or “Limited time”. They help guide the reader’s focus and emphasize key messages.

Text elements cover titles and descriptions used to explain the offer and provide context.
CTAs
CTAs
CTAs are icons that guide the reader toward the next step, such as a shopping cart, shopping basket or information icon.

What you can control with Themes and Page templates
Horizon does give you control over the look, feel and structure through Themes and Page templates.
Themes
Themes allow you to define the visual design of your offers, including:
background colours
colours for all elements
This allows you to control brand consistency across offers and pages.

Page Templates let you create reusable layouts that define:
how many offers appear on a page
how content is structured on that page
Page templates make it easy to reuse the same setup across multiple pages and leaflets.

What you can’t change yourself (yet)
Certain structural changes are not available as self-service options, such as:
updating price design
adding or modifying splashes and CTAs
Adjusting the size and placement of elements within the offer
These types of changes are handled by iPaper, just let us know what you want to achieve, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Why are these changes handled by iPaper?
At this stage, editing offer elements directly is not available as a self-service feature in Horizon. By making changes to these elements through the iPaper team ensures:
consistent behavior across offers
high-quality implementation
flexibility without risking misconfiguration
We’re continuously evolving Horizon, and this setup allows us to support complex and custom use cases.

How to get in contact to make changes
If you’d like to modify any part of an offer:
Gather the details of what you’d like to change (for example: new price format, a new splash or changing the composition of an offer).
Reach out to us at support@ipaper.io or use the chat from the Horizon admin.

Want different elements or templates for different offers?
That can be solved by setting up rules for behavior of priority A, B and C products.
